The exclusive estate of La Conca lies nestled in a lush Mediterranean garden in a breathtaking, elevated, south-facing location directly beside the sea with panoramic views.
Our guests will access La Conca via an otherwise traffic-free residents-only street, an extension of the promenade of Imperia. The easily accessible pebble beach directly in front of the house is only a few metres away. Even during the high season it provides a great deal of privacy. Approximately 600 m away you will find managed pebble or sandy beaches.
A small coffee bar and a restaurant are 300 m away. The lively town centre of Imperia Oneglia, with its famous harbour setting, is a mere 800 m away along the promenade. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from star-rated restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted coffee bars and from colourful weekly markets to elegant boutiques.
This large natural stone house has two floors. More than 160 sqm offers you plenty of room in a comfortable ambiance. A tasteful colour scheme, exquisite furniture and numerous pieces of art offer discerning guests a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
The light, spacious living area on the ground floor is divided into various sections. The well-equipped kitchen joins on to a bright dining area with access to the terrace. In the right wing is a dining room with a large TV area. At the back of the ground floor you will find a downstairs shower room with a relaxing massage shower, as well as a laundry room complete with a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the left wing there is a lounge with an open fireplace and large, floor-length windows boasting far-reaching sea views.
An ornate brick spiral staircase provides access to the upper floor. There are three bedrooms: one double room (king size bed) with an en-suite bathroom complete with a whirlpool, one double room (king size bed) with access to the upper terrace, walk-in wardrobe and wash-hand basin and one bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite shower room. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. If required, occupancy can be increased to 8 people by renting a further lounge/bedroom with a modern shower room in an annexe (access only via the upper terrace). The heart of the house, however, is the large private outdoor space. Everyone will find their own favourite spot on the huge terrace. The dining area with the large table in the shade of a big fig tree can also be accessed directly from the kitchen. Various sets of table and chairs provide both sunshine and shade, but most of all, a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. A convenient outdoor shower with both hot and cold water provides refreshment on sunny days. An afternoon nap on the open-air bed (king size) or a warm summer’s night under the spectacular starry sky, without any distraction from external light, will provide you with a unique holiday experience.
The access road to the estate is secured with an automatic gate and is shared with the owner of another house further back. There is a private parking space for your car directly in front of the house.
The handy gas central heating allows you to have a relaxed holiday even when the days are slightly cooler.
