Gianni e Rita is a detached country house in a wonderful panoramic position. From here you have a view over the whole width of the breathtaking Golfo dei Poeti. From the large terrace you have an unobstructed view over the whole coast far beyond Genoa and the Ligurian mountains.

Both the lively centre of Recco and Camogli with its famous harbour scenery are only 1.5 km away. Here you will find everything your heart desires, from upscale fish restaurants to gluten-free pizzerias, from hip cocktail bars to enchanted café-bars, from colourful weekly markets to chic boutiques. The famous beaches of the region invite you to swim, of course. There are many excursions by train or boat in this wonderful region. Genoa is only a few km away, the famous Portofino or the romantic Santa Margherita Ligure and a walk in the world-famous core villages of the Cinqueterre is virtually a must.

The house is laid out over two floors. You will quickly feel at home in the generous 120 sqm of living space. On the ground floor there is a large living room, two bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and a bathroom. A beautiful staircase leads to the upper living area. On the first floor is another bathroom and the cosy kitchen-living room with access to the lovely terrace with dining area and barbecue as well as sun loungers.

At the back of the house is a small lounge area, a perfect place to admire the stunning sunsets for which the area is famous. Four-legged guests are also very welcome here. The quiet location in the countryside, yet close to the centre and tourist attractions, is ideal.

Up to three cars can be parked in a private parking space in front of the house.

Pricelist 2023

The indicated season price includes the basic rent for the indicated number of persons per week as well as the agency service. We do not charge any additional agency fee. Possible additional costs and services on request can be found here: Any costs for heating are not included and will be paid locally according to usage. The data volume for using the Internet service package is limited to 3 GB per week.
