The Saracen Tower „Torre Rossa“ in the quiet hamlet of Villa Viani is situated in a sunny panoramic position. The ensembel consists of three small apartments on three floors, with a huge outdoor area and a well-kept garden with a beautiful pool and unobstructed view over the whole valley. The town of Imperia with the small shops and romantic restaurants and the sand beaches is 10 km from here.
The freestanding Saracen tower „Torre rossa“ from the 15th century is a very special gem. The building is made of natural stone and used to be a sight of possible pirate raids. Today you can enjoy the unsurpassed panorama.
The App. Capitano is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living area with sofa bed (140 x 200) and the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc.) On the first floor there´s a double bedroom (160 x 200) and a high quality showerroom. The apartment has largely original restored vaulted ceilings and natural stone walls.
Overall, the entire restoration of the tower has taken great care to pay attention to the particular architecture and to use authentic materials and colors. The furnitures are hand-made by local artisans to preserve the magical atmosphere of the tower. The well kept garden is well equipped with sun loungers around the pool. But also the large common terrace with panoramic view is a great place to relax. Here everyone finds his favorite place. (Please note, however, during a holiday with children, that some terraces and stairs as well as the pool are not secured by railings).
Your car can be parked in the private parking space in front of the house. The comfortable gas central heating makes relaxing holidays on cooler days possible.
