Casa Florenzina is a part of the ensemble that frames the famous Madonna della Rovere Square in San Bartolomeo al Mare. From the church square an enchanted set of stairs, which will only be used by you and one other family, leads to the entrance courtyard of Casa Florenzina.
This holiday apartment is part of a medieval building complex and is very impressive due to its completely preserved vaulted structure. Having been renovated from the ground upwards by the proprietors in 2011, today Casa Florenzina offers a wonderful contrast between modern comfort and a medieval structure. The living area has a newly fitted kitchen, including an oven and a refrigerator, and offers every practical comfort you could wish for. A sofa corner has been partitioned off and provides room for relaxation or can be used as an additional sleeping area for a further two people. The relaxed atmosphere of Casa Florenzina is perfected by the vaulted ceiling and the tasteful decor. The double bedroom boasts an impressive wrought-iron bed beneath the vault. The small adjoining bedroom comfortably sleeps two children. This room has a domed structure throughout, featuring only one high window facing the hallway. A modern shower room/WC with a Mediterranean air completes this apartment perfectly.
There is a small seating area in the cosy inner courtyard at the front of the holiday apartment. Due to the perfect location in the quiet district of Rovere, which is a mere 300 m from the sea, you can leave your car in the public car park (150 m from the property) during the holidays. Restaurants, shopping facilities and the beach are all within 200 m – 500 m. This property is also perfectly suited for guests arriving by train.
